Go to Organization on the left navigation. Click on the Notifications tab.
Notifications can be configured to be sent to an email address, Slack channel, Telegram, or Discord.
For account-related notifications, such as “Invite user,” etc, they will be sent to email.
Configure notification method
User administration actions will be sent to the receiver’s emails. For transaction monitoring-based alerts, they are configurable to send the notifications to either a Slack channel, or a Discord or Telegram channel.
To avoid too many channels of notifications, which would cause confusion, only one communication method can be configured to receive all notifications.

Note, that Discord and Telegram groups or rooms may not be allowed by regulators as they don’t comply with the document retention requirements by the auditors.
